Which airless bottles do you offer?

Our standard airless bottles include: Airless Pump Bottle (15 / 30 / 50 ml); Refillable Airless (30 / 50 ml); Vacuum Serum Bottle (15 / 30 ml). We can also develop custom designs from your drawing or sample.

Which closures fit your airless bottles?

Integrated airless pump. Send your closure or bottle and we will check the fit.

Can airless bottles be decorated with our logo?

Yes. Options include screen printing, hot stamping, labels and sleeves, spray coating. Custom colors are available on request.

Can I get samples of your airless bottles?

Yes. Samples are available on request, so you can test fit, finish and compatibility with your formula before you order.

What is the minimum order for airless bottles?

The MOQ depends on the design, color and decoration. Stock designs usually have lower minimums than custom molds. Send your quantity and we will confirm the MOQ and lead time in our quote.

  • Compare the 15 / 30 / 50 ml pump bottle, 30 / 50 ml refillable format and 15 / 30 ml serum format.
  • Request the model-specific output per stroke, filling instructions and component material list.
  • For refillable formats, confirm which component is replaced and how the complete pack is assembled.

Ask for the recommended filling procedure. Test priming, output consistency, leakage and product evacuation with your formula; performance depends on the selected pack and product.

Use the approved sample, component drawing and agreed inspection criteria as the reference for your order.

Send the product, capacity, quantity per size and color, decoration artwork, destination and required delivery date.

Ask us to confirm MOQ, sample availability, tooling or decoration costs, production lead time and freight terms in writing. These depend on the selected specification.
