Diameter and length

Tube capacity depends on the diameter and the length. The same diameter can be cut to different lengths to make a family of sizes.

Mono-layer or multi-layer

Mono-layer PE tubes are simple and widely used. Multi-layer and laminated tubes add a barrier layer, which helps protect sensitive formulas.

Closures

Screw caps, flip-top caps and disc-top caps are the most common. Match the closure to how the product is used, such as one-handed use in the shower.

Decoration and filling

Tubes can be printed, hot stamped or labeled. They are filled from the open end and then sealed, so confirm the sealing method with your filler.
